10. Trademarks
Raney Day Connect trademarks, logos, and service marks may not be used without our prior written permission.
11. User Content
“User Content” refers to any material uploaded, submitted, or transmitted by you through the Services.
You are responsible for all User Content and assume all risks associated with its use.
License Grant
You grant Raney Day Connect a worldwide, perpetual, royalty-free license to use, distribute, display, reproduce, and create derivative works from your User Content for business and promotional purposes.
This license is subject to our Privacy Policy as it relates to personal information.
Content Standards
User Content must not:
Violate laws
Promote harm or illegal activity
Infringe intellectual property rights
Contain defamatory, abusive, obscene, or otherwise objectionable material
Mislead others or impersonate individuals
Suggest endorsement by the Company
Monitoring and Enforcement
We may:
Remove or reject any User Content
Suspend or terminate your access
Report violations to law enforcement
Disclose User Content when legally required
We do not monitor User Content in advance and are not liable for any content posted by users.
12. Copyright Infringement (DMCA Policy)
If you believe your copyrighted material has been infringed, please notify our designated agent with:

You agree to indemnify and hold Raney Day Connect harmless from claims or losses arising from:
Your breach of this Agreement
Your use or misuse of the Services
Your User Content
Unauthorized access using your account
18. Governing Law and Disputes
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Pennsylvania.
Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts of Westmoreland County, PA unless arbitration is required.
Arbitration
We may require disputes to be settled through binding arbitration located in Pittsburgh, PA.
Class actions and jury trials are waived.
19. Time to File Claims
Any claim related to the Services must be filed within one year of the event giving rise to the claim.
20. Miscellaneous
Waiver
Failure to enforce any provision does not constitute a waiver.
Severability
If any provision is invalid, the remainder remains enforceable.
Entire Agreement
This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and Raney Day Connect.
Assignment
You may not assign your rights. Raney Day Connect may assign this Agreement at any time.
